Vodafone experiences international calling issues

Vodafone Qatar explained today that some customers are experiencing issues when making international calls.

Vodafone Qatar customers are making international calls averaging 1 million minutes a day as part of their extremely successful international calling promotion available to all Vodafone Qatar customers on Freedom and Red.

The promotion is so successful, that at times all of the Vodafone international calling lines are fully utilized. Vodafone Qatar is in the process of addressing these issues by working very closely with ictQatar and other partners on increasing the amount of capacity as quickly as possible to continue to provide a great experience to customers.

This may take up to 2 weeks to remedy, and so to compensate their customers, Vodafone is extending their international calling promotion for 2 weeks until the 14th of November.

Vodafone Qatar is excited about having introduced promotions into the market which are making a world of difference for all of the people in Qatar.
