Zain Jordan signs a strategic agreement with Hello Jordan

Zain, part of the Zain group, the leading mobile operator in the Middle East and Africa, signed a strategic agreement with Hello Jordan, a leading regional service provider and logistics company.

Upon the agreement, signed by Zain CEO Dr. Abdul Malek Al Jaber and 
president of Hello Jordan’s managerial committee Mansour Al Nabulsi, Hello Jordan will be responsible for handling, assembling, packaging, and distributing Zain’s SIM cards, starter kits and handsets. The company will also be overlooking the documentation process of the lines sold to customers as well as managing Zain dealers’ electronic prepaid (E-voucher) system.

On the occasion, Zain’s CEO Dr. Abdel Malik Al Jaber said: “Zain always seeks to develop its operation in a way that is in line with its goal to maintain its leading position in the local telecommunications sector.

Al Jaber added that the services to be provided by Hello Jordan will bring benefit to Zain’s customers, something that is in line with HM King Abdulla’s vision to strengthen the local telecommunications sector and transforming Jordan into a center for such services in the region.

Al Jaber continued: “the agreement with Hello Jordan is not the first to be signed with Zain but reflects a continuous cooperation of over ten years through which we became familiar with Hello Jordan’s speed of services and the level of professionalism”.

On his part, Mansour Al Nabulsi said: “We are very happy to be working with an esteemed company like Zain. Signing the agreement today consolidates the trust that Zain has in us as we look forward to being able to offer the best services to one of the biggest mobile operators in both Jordan and the region”.

It is worth mentioning that “Hello Jordan” offers a number of services including supply chain management, inventory management, in-country distribution, procurement and electronic services as well as post sales services in both Zain Jordan and Zain KSA and other countries in the near future.
