Batelco Hearts & Minds Committee Participates in Annual International Walkathon for the Friendship Society for the Blind

Mobilk - Batelco’s Hearts & Minds Committee joined members, friends and family of the Friendship Society for the Blind at their Annual International Walkathon that was held recently at Dohat Arad.  

The members of Batelco Hearts & Minds Committee actively engaged in the event by distributing Batelco bottled water and Batelco balloons for the children as well as joining in the walk. 

“Our Hearts & Minds committee undertake a number of great initiatives every year and we are very pleased to have Batelco represented at such a prominent event for the Friendship Society for the Blind,” said Batelco Group General Manager Media Relations Ahmed Al Janahi.

The event was very successful and the management of the Friendship Society thanked the committee for their contribution and hard work.

The Hearts & Minds committee members, who work in various fields and departments within Batelco, volunteer their free time to participate in charity event and visit various care centres and societies throughout the Kingdom. The committee members share one common goal, which is serving the community by reaching out to those in need.
