And so as to enable all its customers to make calls in such difficult conditions, Jawwal; one of Paltel Group companies had earlier announced that a credit was added for all Prepaid subscribers in Gaza strip. Clarifying that the added amount is a percentage of their consumed credit in the past period, hoping that this step will facilitate the emergency, civil defense and medical services during the shelling and will enable our customers to communicate with their parents and relatives.
This step and other facilities contribute in keeping all people in Gaza connected with the other Arab countries supporting them, especially after that the Arab and international telecommunications companies had put forward several initiatives to support Gaza through the fixed line and cellular calls they made.
