Arab Bank and Jawwal announce launching a new shared service Kartak Arabi

The Arab Bank and Jawwal announced launching a new shared service "Kartak Arabi" within its new plan to develop the strategic relation among the private sector companies which will lead to Palestinians' benefits.

The two parties signed the agreement of this shared campaign ;Mr.Mazen Abu Hamdan represented the Arab Bank and Mr. Ammar Aker represented Jawwal,so as to enhance the abilities and efforts that the private sector may spend in order to provide all Palestinians with the best quality services.

This campaign aims to increase the Palestinian audience's awareness of the developed electronic services, which will help them use these services anytime and anywhere . Through these services all Arab Bank customers will be able to recharge prepaid lines with credits by one of these developed services provided by the Arab Bank; Arabi Online , Hala Arabi , or ATM.

In order to encourage the customers , each customer recharges a prepaid line with 50 NIS credit will enter the draw to win one of 60 prizes for 3 months, including 30 saving accounts in the Arab Bank: 280$ for each Saving Account, 30 Jawwal handsets:280 $ for each handset. Noting that each 50 NIS will give customers more chances to win, and the transferred amounts will be counted each month separately.

In this context, Mr.Jamal Horani; the Head of Retail Banking in the Arab Bank clarified that this campaign helps to enhance the strategic relation between Jawwal and the Arab Bank cooperating to provide the best solutions and services for the Palestinian community.

Mr. Horani pointed that the offers and special prizes of Kartak Arabi aim to enhance using the direct Arab Bank services anytime anywhere through the internet , Hala Arabi (1800333333) and ATM, which are convenient.

Mr.Horani confirmed that Arab Bank accredited customer may use any of these services to recharge a Prepaid line credit through following an easy secure process.

He added that the saving accounts' prizes will be placed under the Arab Saving Program, which is provided by the Arab Bank since last year and includes granting lots of monthly prizes.

On the other hand, Mr.Maen Melhem Jawwal's Marketing Director clarified that through this service, our customers who have accounts in the Arab Bank may recharge with 20 NIS vouchers, in addition to 50,100 and 200.

He added, " We always seek to enhance our relation with our customers and our national institutions".It is worth noting that Kartak Arabi service was provided for the Arab Bank accredited customers before more than 4 years and was highly demanded.
