Jawwal launches Negative Balance service for Prepaid subscribers

Jawwal launches Negative Balance service for Prepaid subscribers which allows them to make calls even when they are out of credit.

Jawwal; Palestine Cellular Communications Co,Ltd. one of Paltel Group companies launched the negative balance campaign for its Prepaid subscribers which allows them to make calls and send SMS even when their balance is zero.

About the details of the service, Jawwal's CEO;Mr.Ammar Aker said :"Prepaid subscribers' calls will not be disconnected anymore even if their credits were consumed. We solved the problem and granted our dearest subscribers a 3 NIS extra credit so as to complete the call they are making. Our given extra credit will be deducted when recharging next time."

For service's usage, Aker clarified that:" All Prepaid subscribers will enjoy this free service without the need for subscription."

Aker added:" We always specialize lots of our services and campaigns for our Prepaid subscribers, we wish that they will benefit from this service and it will help them to make their calls in a more comfortable way."
