In line with its mission of promoting local youth and sports, Zain Bahrain today announced the formation of Zain Racing Team and will look to compete in motor sports racing, both locally and regionally. Zain Bahrain, a regular supporter of the motor sport industry, decided to extend its commitment further by establishing a Zain Racing Team consisting entirely of Bahraini drivers, namely Mr. Mohammed Abu Sayam, Mr. Ali Subber and Mr. Hussain Hani.
Zain Racing Team, will debut this weekend at the Bahrain Drag Race and will hope to compete over the top three spots of the race. 3 members will participate in three different categories:
7.5 competition
Supper Street FWD
Street V8 categories
Mr. Mohammed Abu Sayam will participate in the 7.5 category, while Mr. Ali Subber will participate in the Supper Street FWD category and Mr. Hussain Hani will participate in the Street V8 category, Zain Racing Team will be managed by Mr. Ghazi Radhi.
This race will be the first of Zain Racing Team’s journey in the field of motor sports as it will look to participate in coming races in the kingdom of Bahrain as well as the region.
