Mobilk - Looking for all sorts of ways to engage with the local community from the comfort of their homes, Ooredoo has announced its next quarterly online auction for special numbers. Registration opens at 12pm on 16 and bidding takes place between 19 and 25 July. Bidders will go head-to-head for a selection of some of the most exclusive Diamond and Gold numbers, with all proceeds being donated to good causes.
Feras bin Abdullah Al Shaikh, Director of Branding and Communications at Ooredoo, said: “Despite the situation that COVID-19 has brought upon us and the rest of the world, at Ooredoo, we continue to identify fun and exciting ways to give back to those that need it most. Our vanity number auctions raise funds for a good cause and give customers an exciting opportunity to own some of the best numbers out there, and who doesn’t love that!”
Interested customers can browse the list, which includes different starting prices for different numbers. First time bidders are required to fill out a registration form, while those who participated in previous auctions can simply reactivate their account. A registration fee of OMR 20 is applicable to take part in the auction and customers can bid for a maximum of ten numbers.
