Emirati women have proven that they deserve the confidence of our wise leadership, and that they are capable of taking the highest positions, leading the most important institutions and achieving successive successes. Emirati women, who are committed to their great mission as mothers and educators, have achieved the difficult equation by reconciling work with family and excelling in both institutions: family and career. Emirati women have preserved the values of the UAE community by educating their children on the authentic Emirati customs and traditions, raising them to love their country and be loyal to its leadership. At the same time, they contributed to achieving the leading position of the UAE as a strong, young and civilized country, that is safe and secure, and filled with happiness and well-being"
H.E. Al Mansoori added: "As we celebrate tolerance as a great human value this year, we emphasize that the prestigious status of Emirati women reflects the value of tolerance in our Emirati society, where there is no differentiation between men and women in work and education. With the continuous support of our wise leadership, Emirati women have achieved unprecedented successes at all levels, with the endless support of H.H.
