Ericsson Presents its Latest 5G Strategy at 5G MENA 2018

Mobilk - In line with its objective to pioneer 5G development and implementation across the region in the coming years, Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) presented its latest 5G strategy at 5G MENA 2018. 

As a Global ICT Strategic Partner Sponsor at the conference, Ericsson hosted a keynote session on creating the 5G connected Future, participated in a keynote panel on 5G Deployment Strategies and Realities, and engaged with customers and key industry players from all over the region throughout the event. 

Ericsson is designing 5G for all future business opportunities. With the company’s broadest industry insights and network capabilities, service providers can address explosive traffic growth while also enabling completely new use cases. The network is at the heart of 5G and Ericsson is helping customers seamlessly evolve their networks, solving challenges today and preparing them for when 5G comes. The conference, which took place from 8-10 April at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai, brings together telecom operators, solution providers, regulators, and IoT specialists from across the MENA region to define clear use cases, debate new business models, and drive the connected revolution towards LTE-A, IoT, Smart Cities, and 5G.
