Mobilk - Ooredoo rewarded digital painter and artist Rawiya Al Khalili with a 700 OMR prize for her 4th place finish in the Shababiah art competition. The 25 year-old Omani produced a digital piece which captivated the judges for the wealth of creativity and youthful exuberance it displayed for the Shababiah brand.
Rawiya learned about the competition while walking with friends and was immediately inspired to showcase her talent by entering. The artist overcame a number of challenges to create the stunning artwork and claim a place in the top five.
Al Khalili said, “My mother’s prayers and constant support helped inspire me to give it my all and for that I am grateful. I would also like to thank Ooredoo for the wonderful opportunity to showcase my work and share my passion for digital painting with the world. I am now closer to my goal of achieving many milestones in my career as an artist and look forward to using my experiences in the Shababiah art competition to inspire me to greater achievements in the future.”
