Mobilk - The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority ("TRA”) Received delegates from the Ministry of Youth & Sports to share knowledge in light of TRA’s recently won “Employee of the Year” Award in the MENA region, which was announced at the 11th Human Capital Forum MENA in Dubai last May.
TRA’s Human Resources team had prepared a presentation for the benefit of the Ministry, elaborating the most prominent accomplishments undertaken by the TRA. Further to that, the HR team explained their overall strategy that encompasses the total structure of the organizations performance, and how the TRA grew to adopt a culture of excellence and, as opposed to its early years, qualified and highly trained Bahraini staff now predominantly occupying TRA positions.
“Transparency is a key value in TRA and it is our duty to share our experiences with our colleagues across the public sector.” Says Sh. Mohamed Bin Salman Al Khalifa, TRA Manager of Human Resources. “It pleases us that the Ministry of Youth & Sports has taken interest in our successes and we are more than happy to shed light on the steps we took to become a regionally recognized employer of choice.”
“As an exemplar regulator, TRA believes that knowledge sharing is an essential obligation that we have towards the various entities of the Kingdom. Any opportunity where we can contribute to Bahrain’s prosperity through our own endeavors or in enabling other entities to grow through our knowledge and experience are dually considered successes to Bahrain’s advantage.” Added Sh. Mohamed bin Salman Al Khalifa.
