Ooredoo Drives Human Growth Sponsoring Local Sporting Talent

Mobilk - Committed to driving human growth through sports, Ooredoo recently sponsored the Oman Equestrian Federation team at the Asian Championships in Delhi, in addition to supporting Laila Al Harthy, an Ooredoo family member, who represented the Sultanate in bowling at the 4th GCC Womens’ Games, held in Muscat for the first time.

With competitors from as far afield as the United States of America, the Oman Equestrian Federation team won a total of 14 medals at the Asian Championships, organised by the Indian Equestrian Federation. In addition and after a month of intensive training, Laila Al Harthy ranked highly, securing 4th place at the 4th GCC Womens’ Bowling event.
