Vodafone Qatar expands these discounts to include other popular handsets

Following its announcement Sunday of major decreases in handset prices in honour of Eid Al-Adha, Vodafone announced today that it would be expanding these discounts to include other popular handsets in its portfolio.

In addition to previously announced discounts of up to 50% on the Nokia 1208, Vodafone 236, and HTC Google Phone, Vodafone will be offering phones such as the Sony Ericsson W715 at QR 599 (down from QR 1199) and the Vodafone 830 3G handset at QR 299 (down from QR 599).

"We are committed to giving the customer more and more great value," said Daniel Horan, Director of Vodafone Qatar's Consumer Business Unit.  "With savings of up to 50% across the range this Eid, we're making it clear that Vodafone stores are the place to see the latest handsets at great prices."

With this new offering, all customers can take advantage of the following savings, with RED welcome packs included free of charge, during Eid Al-Adha:

Sony Ericsson W715 with 50% off the original price at QR 599 (down from QR 1,199)
Sony Ericsson W995 with 50% off the original price at QR 849 (down from QR 1,699)
HTC Magic Google Phone with 50% off the original price at QR 999 (down from QR 1,000)
Vodafone 830 with 50% off the original price at QR 299 (down from QR 599)
Vodafone 330 QR 139 (down from 159)
Vodafone 236 for QR 99
Nokia 1208 for QR 85
