Khawam emphasizes the strong relationship between Orange with the media

Orange Jordan, the sole integrated telecommunication operator in the Kingdom, held a cocktail reception for the Jordanian, Arab and international media in Wild Jordan restaurant. This event aimed at strengthening the cooperation ties between both parties as well as introducing the media members to Mrs. Nayla Khawam, the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Orange/ Jordan Telecom Group (JTG).

In her welcoming speech, Mrs. Khawam thanked the media representatives for their attendance, and expressed the utmost respect and appreciation of Orange to all forms of press in Jordan for their belief in this sector’s professionalism and for their responsible practices in the diversified forms of media coverage.

Mrs. Khawam also spoke of the distinguished place Jordan occupies in the telecom and information technology industry in the Arab World and the region, led by the vision of his Majesty the king and the government to make this sector a significant contributor to the sustainability of the economic development.

She concluded by expressing her hope in continuing this solid relationship between Orange and the media, stressing that the company will carry on with its transparent and credible approach.
