ZeroWire Labs launches sports app for BlackBerry smartphone users in the Middle East and North Africa

Mobilk - ZeroWire Labs, a leading software developer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Toronto, Canada, today launched Sports Vibe, of a unique sports application for BlackBerry® smartphones. The app dynamically enriches the Home screen with continuous updates from a user’s preferred sports team, and provides fans with the ability to interact through in-app chats and polls.

 

Sports Vibe, which is now available as a free download on BlackBerry App World™, tracks football, basketball, hockey and other sports teams located in the Middle East and North Africa, and automatically pushes the latest news directly onto the user’s Home screen. Users can receive updates such as match timings, scores, up-to-the-minute updates for goals and standout action, as well as images, video replays and game highlights.

Sports Vibe provides BBM integration, allowing users to connect to friends and fans around the world and interact directly from within Sports Vibe, holding discussions about team strategy and performance through live chats and a series of polls and contests.
