The leading, regional peer-selected awards evaluate key criteria such as meeting customer expectations, satisfaction levels and resource allocation.
Now in its 14th year, the awards set the regional benchmark for call centre success across the region. They help foster teamwork, kickstart improvement initiatives and accelerate development.
