In a bid to contribute towards promoting athletic women in Jordan, Orange supports Jordan’s rallies champion Abeer Batikhi to participate in the International Jordan Rally-2007.
Jordan Telecom Group CEO Mr. Mickael Ghossein, expressed his pleasure in supporting the champ Batikhi “we incarnate today our continued support for sports and that of the ambitious Jordanian women, represented by our champ Abeer Batikhi. Abeer has proved women’s ability to compete with men in all fields, even the difficult ones. We shall continue to support all that will contribute towards building a promising future for Jordan, itself a choice we will never back from.”
CEO Ghossein added “Orange’s support to Jordan’s champ is a step in the right direction towards supporting and highlighting the Jordanian women talents, especially the athletic ones. This will enable Jordanian women head to the top and achieve their ambitions.”
Ghossein stated that Batikhi’s car shall carry Orange’s logo, besides assigning a full team for maintenance, which will be ready to provide all services to the champion Abeer, in turn supporting her to compete and to efficiently continue to reach the end line.
On her part, Batikhi thanked Orange for the support, which will cover Jordan’s International Rally 2007, the national rally and the Rumman Heights race. This support will encourage her to compete strongly to achieve the best possible results.
Batikhi seized the opportunity to thank Kawar for Shipping, Travel and Tourism, and Al Waha for Insurance Co, for the support they have given her.
