Mobilk - Huawei will take centre stage at the upcoming GSMA Mobile World Congress 2012 as the global information and communications technology (ICT) provider unveils its vision of “Connected Possibilities” through a series of announcements, product launches, and the hosting of its first broadband forum.
Huawei will host the “Broader Way Forum” on February 27 in a move to generate dialogue and action on how technological innovation can accelerate broadband’s role as an enabler of social and economic development around the world. Confirmed panelists at the forum include:
•Ryan Ding, Board Member and CEO of Carrier Network Business Group, Huawei
•Neil Montefiore, Chief Executive Officer, StarHub
•Tifatul Sembiring, Minister of Communication and Informatics of Indonesia

In addition, Huawei will be launching its fastest smartphone to date on February 26, demonstrating how the mobile user experience is set to be redefined in a multi-dimensional connected world. More Huawei products such as the latest Huawei Ascend P1/P1S, Honor and MediaPad will be on display at Huawei’s booth, located at Hall 8, 8A159.
Four Huawei experts in network operation, mobile advertising, wireless marketing and wireless security will also be speaking at the MWC forums throughout the four-day period.
