Accomplished by the company’s Technology - Network Operation and Governance department, it positions Ooredoo as the first telecoms service provider in the Sultanate and wider GCC, to gain and maintain the internationally-recognised accreditation. The ISO 31000:2018 is the latest in a string of qualifications Ooredoo has received, as it continues to strive for the highest industry standards while delivering an enhanced customer service.
