Mobilk - STC now offers its customers the choice of changing their billing cycle from 2 months to a monthly bill, as part of the companys strategy that aims to meet customer demands and offer a variety of options to ensure their satisfaction and exceed their expectations.

All Jawal customers will be able to request the change to a monthly bill through various channels, including IVR, SMS, Khadamati, or through customer-care centers.

Customers are also be able to convert individual phone numbers into a monthly billing cycle, without affecting other numbers associated with their account. Customers requesting the change would be transferred to the nearest monthly billing cycle.
