New Look and Feel Multimedia Email for Batelco Bahrain Customers

Batelco, Bahrain’s leading Internet service provider, has announced the launch of a new, user friendly email web interface, offering customers advanced features including secure Instant Messaging and Interactive Calendar.
The new interactive flash-based email interface from Batelco brings the best of two worlds; a host of fantastic features of client-based email in a dynamic web-based experience. Apart from the advanced email communication functionality, the new multimedia features include:

Interactive Calendar: - for easy scheduling and sending of invitations to events and meetings
Secure Instant Messaging: - to allow efficient and cost effective online chat with contacts using Batelco email accounts
News Links: - You can stay updated with daily news through subscribing to the required news links via RSS (Really Simple Syndication) and much more.
The new look and feel service is now available for customers to try it out. Customer can simply access Batelco inet mail (www.inetmail.com.bh) and click on the link at the bottom of the page (Try Batelco new email web interface Beta).  Customers may log-in using their existing Batelco email account username and password. There is no extra configuration required. Both versions – old and new – will be available while Batelco assesses customer feedback.

In the near future, customers will be able to upload their photos, music and videos on their own personal webspace and they can also create their own blog.
Customers interested to get additional e-mail addresses from Batelco with their full personal name, company name, trademark name or any other extended name up to 25 characters can send a request from their existing Batelco email account to e.request@batelco.com.bh.
