The Grand Hyatt Amman has adopted the XPress Telecommunications One-to-Many Push-to-Talk service as part of its new operating procedures, announced Nidal Dabbas, Director of Engineering.
“We have been using XPress as a telecom source of in-house communications throughout the past year. The immediacy of XPress’s One-to-Many feature using Push-to-Talk has been very beneficial to us, especially during check-in times. We see XPress as once again the most immediate, reliable and secure form of communication. Consequently we have chosen to increase our use of XPress and integrate it more into our overall operations.
Guests wishing to visit Grand Hyatt Amman will be asked for their names at the door. A valet will then utilize the One-to-Many Push-to-Talk feature to inform 10 strategic personnel of the new guest.
On his part, XPress Sales Development & Support Manager Mr. Adi AbdulMajeed said “We are pleased that our services have become part of the overall operations at Grand Hyatt Amman. We have been very proud of our Push-to-Talk services that have saved various establishments and companies precious time and money”
The XPress One-to-Many capability is one that allows one user to speak to many others at the push of a button, achieving instantaneous communication with the group.
