"VIVA" introduces a new service including a bouquet of the most wonderful TV channels through "VIVA MOBILE TV" to enable its customers to watch their favorite programs on their mobiles 24 hours a day at anytime they desire. This is considered a new dimension for mobile using in an era of technology, information and communication to keep up with everything happening in the world, moment by moment.

Hind Al-Nahedh, VIVA PR and Communications Manager, emphasized that the service introduced as a part of VIVA VAS is considered one of the most important services allowing the customers to have the ability to look into the latest breaking news, in addition to watching their favorite programs, eagerly viewed sport events and all other entertaining means presented on TV through their mobiles anytime and anywhere.

Al-Nahedh clarified that using this service allows full freedom of choices from many TV programs within a wide variety of news, drama, sports and entertainment channels with high quality in sound and picture. In other words, it is "entertaining yourself wherever you are." She indicated that customers can receive their calls while watching MOBILE TV and enjoying a bouquet of the most wonderful channels available at "VIVA" Company. These channels include Kuwait TV (channel 1), Kuwait TV (channel 2), Kuwait TV (sport channel), Ghanawi Al-Watan, Funoon TV, RITMO, Ghiras TV, Sowalif Channel and Al-Mokhtalif channel. Such channels allow for more entertainment and leisure all the time.

Al-Nahidh explained that subscription to this service is so easy and available for "VIVA" customers, either VIVA VALUE or VIVA MONTHLY customers, with a monthly subscription fee of only K.D. 3 paying no additional fees while streaming the channels, where the subscriber can enjoy unlimited time viewing the channels. The customer should send the word "ON" to the number 650 through SMS. A confirmation message will then be received to confirm the subscription. The subscription is renewed monthly and automatically. Note that entering to MOBILE TV requires a mobile phone supporting the third generation technology, "3G" and setting up the "Multimedia" player on the mobile phone. In case settings are not available on the mobile phone, a customer can visit VIVA website at www.viva.com.kw, login to VIVA , Self Care, press mobile phone settings link and follow the instructions. For viewing, entrance should be to VIVA LAND from entering the site via the mobile browser, pressing VIVA MOBILE TV, pressing on LIVE TV and choosing the requested channel from the list.
