Al-Awadhi: The new service ensures the simplest method to charge the balance and pay the bills
To implement its strategy to facilitate its customers' services to the maximum extent possible, Kuwait Telecommunication Company, VIVA, signed a contract with Integral Technical Solution Company, Quality Net, allowing its customers to use the latest technological methods in self-service for paying bills, acquiring balance and recharging prepaid accounts.
Eng. Najeeb Al-Awadhi, VIVA CEO, signed the contract with Mr. Rashid Al-Abdulla Quality Net Managing Director at Viva Offices in Olympia Tower. A ceremony was held for this occasion since this was the first cooperation between the two companies.
About this contract and the types of services which will be offered by VIVA, Eng. Najeeb Al-Awadhi said "We have built our strategy in customer services on benefiting from the solutions of the latest technology to devote the self-service principle, enhance it, and rely on it as much as possible since this will save the customer's time and effort".
"From this point, we have pursued to make the customer able to execute all his requirements through the company website by entering his account with a password of his choice to check his bills and all required details without the need to visit our branches."
"By signing this contract today", he added, "a new self-service will enable VIVA customers to pay their phone bills, and recharge their prepaid phones. This step comes as a part of VIVA strategy to offer a number of electronic solutions for its customers and to complete a number of self-service applications we've already offered, such as using the company website, the bank account and other solutions soon to be presented".
Al-Awadhi indicated that in order for VIVA to activate the new service and increase its utility, a big number of self-service systems (Just ask Kiosk) will be installed in major commercial complexes, co-ops, shopping centers, Sultan Center branches and others.
He Added: "We've chosen Quality Net to present this service for its experience in the advanced electronic solutions, network and integral systems. We've agreed with Quality Net to use the latest systems in this service".
Al-Awadi expected that VIVA customers will subscribe to this new service because it will save them time & effort and ensure the continuation of their full enjoyment with the communication service.
Al-Awadhi pointed out that this service will be followed by a package of other developed services aiming at the end to facilitate the communication between VIVA and its customers by presenting the most successful, easiest and safest methods.
On the other hand, the Managing Director for Quality Net, Mr. Rashid Abdulla, expressed his happiness for the joining of a prominent company as VIVA to the list of its distinctive clients of major companies. He emphasized that the new service applies the latest known technologies in the world in paying bills, using the self-service technology. He also highlighted the high level of security presented by these systems and the easy use through simple instructions VIVA customers are to follow to use this service and finish the transaction they desire.
Mr. Rashid emphasized that the future will be busy with more cooperation between the two companies to offer the best services for their customers.
