Balanced Scorecard Training Course at TRA

Mobilk - The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (“TRA”) held an intensive three-day training course for its staff entitled "Balanced Scorecard". The course aims at developing regulation skills of TRA’s processes and procedures and establishing guidelines that create a balanced performance for the staff in order to achieve TRA’s vision.

On the other hand, the participants expressed their appreciation for holding such important courses by TRA which contribute to self-assessment, development and the improvement of TRA’s work and functional performance.
