Zain Bahrain recently signed an agreement with Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) to provide Zain customers who have a KFH - Bahrain account the opportunity to use online facilities to pay their Zain accounts. The agreement will enable Zain customers to pay their bills or topup their prepaid accounts from the comfort of their home or office, or even while they are traveling overseas via the Bank’s e-Banking Service www.kfhbonline.com. Also it will be through other channels like ATM, IVR which will be announced soon.
During a signing ceremony held at Zain offices, Mr. Saeed Nawar, KFH-Bahrain’s Head of IT Department and Ms. Linda Al Jamea, Zain Bahrain’s Commercial Support Director, signed the agreement. On this occasion, Mr. Paul Mercer, Executive Manager at KFH-Bahrain commented, “We are committed to offer more convenient services to our clients to support their everyday banking needs and through this exciting and mutually beneficial partnership with Zain, it will enable us to broaden the variety of services that we currently offer”.
