 Telecom visionary and the recipient of the Telecommunication Life Time Achievement Award - Osman Sultan, Chief Executive Officer – du, will inaugurate the International conference on Submarine Cabling, Telecommunication and Oil & Offshore Cabling scheduled to take place on 20 April, in Dubai.
