Huawei Wins‘ Smartphones Retail Vendor of the Year’ Accolade at the Middle East Retail Academy Awards 2014

Mobilk - Huawei, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, has been recognized by the Middle East retail community after being named ‘Smartphones Retail Vendor of the Year’ during Middle East Retail Academy (MERA) 2014 Awards in Abu Dhabi. 

The MERA 2014 Awards are held as part of the annual DISTREE Middle East event, highly attended by senior executives operating in the Middle East ICT & CE retail sector. DISTREE brings the region’s leading e-tailers to showcase the latest innovations and technologies. 

This latest recognition by MERA acknowledged Huawei in a highly competitive field for its exceptional work within the consumer electronics field and as a global leader in mobile handset technology. In addition to this accolade, Mr. Mohammad Nasrat, Sales Director of Huawei Device, UAE & Oman also grabbed the UAE ‘Vendor Executive of the Year’ award.
