In response to requests from customers across Qatar, Qtel today announced that it was adding a new Saturday shift for its installation teams, so that customers can book times during the weekend.
Qtel’s installation teams are available to connect customers with some of the fastest and most reliable Internet in the region, and can also provide landline, ADSL and Qtel Mozaic TV services.
With a rising number of customers looking for home connections in Qatar – particularly since the launch of the pioneering Qtel Fibre services in some areas – Qtel is boosting the size of its installation teams, and adding new shifts for greater customer convenience.
Customers can request a visit by the installation team by calling 111, visiting any Qtel shop, or accessing the Qtel portal.
This enhanced level of service aligns with Qtels Customer Charter, the core document that outlines the company’s commitment to its customers. The Charter includes clear commitments in terms of respect for customers, supporting the right to privacy, providing ongoing improvements in customer service, and pledging to continue to support ongoing social development in Qatar.
Qtel will also shortly launch an incredible next generation Mozaic TV service on Fibre technology. As well as high definition images, this service will also offer incredible features like recording, pausing and other advanced fibre-fuelled functions.
Qtel continues to deliver greater convenience to its customers for products and services, for more information call 111.
