Ooredoo Celebrates Qaranqasho at Muscat Mall

Mobilk - Embracing the spirit of Ramadan, Ooredoo joined families from all across Muscat to celebrate Qaranqasho at Muscat Mall this year. Over 2,000 excited children came together to enjoy fun activities and entertainment as they rejoiced in their fasting achievements. The Ooredoo event marked the halfway point through the Holy month of Ramadan. Ooredoo aims to foster local traditions as well as pioneer the digital age and bring the two together; allowing people to enjoy and share these precious moments.

Qaranqasho is observed throughout the region to reward children for successfully fasting during the first half of Ramadan and encourage them to continue to fast the remainder of the month. Sharing the beloved and much anticipated occasion, the celebration included various fun-filled games, gifts and an array of prizes for children of all ages. Every year, Ooredoo celebrates this time-honoured custom highlighting the importance of family and preserving a valued and festive tradition.
