Within the framework of the good relations and strong ties that unite Egypt and the UAE on both the official and public levels, the UAE Embassy in Egypt organized a fundraiser of which its profits were directed to the development of the Ain Shams Specialized Hospital.

Etisalat was keen to participate in this initiative that highlighted the strong ties that bind the Egyptian and Emirati people. Etisalat took part in the developmental projects of the hospital that has been serving Egyptian citizens from all over the country; Ain Shams Specialized Hospital has been presenting a wide variety of medical services using advanced medical equipment.

Etisalat did not only support the developmental project of the Ain Shams Specialized Hospital financially, but allocated premium numbers auctioned during the fundraiser to benefit the hospital’s developmental project.

Etisalat’s participation in the developmental project of Ain Shams Specialized Hospital comes as a continuation and emphasis of the social role which the 3rd operator has been abiding by ever since it launched its services in the Egyptian market.

Etisalat emphasizes the fact that its social responsibilities and mandates represent a crucial goal and perpetual commitment that could not be overlooked nor belittled. That is why Etisalat laid down a plan for its corporate social responsibility strategies which sponsor and support health and developmental projects that contribute to the development of the Egyptian society.

Within the framework of Etisalat’s social responsibility, the 3rd operator was keen to take part in the significant projects as part and parcel of the social fabric.
