“TRA Talks” Event: A Progressive Move to Bring Staff Together

Mobilk - The Culture Transformation Team at Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (“TRA”) organized an event at their headquarters on Thursday, December 8, 2016 to give their employees a chance to share ideas and experiences working at the TRA.

The purpose of the event is for employees to present these ideas freely in a move to resolving challenges through innovative means, build rapport among staff, and encourage collaborative thinking. The Culture Transformation team will offer any TRA employee willing to speak the chance to share their diverse perspectives, opposite opinions, unifying ideas and stories.

“Cultivating synergy and a culture of open dialogue is important to us, as it benefits TRA to hear new ideas and to get buy-in from staff.” Says Nasser AlFadhel, TRA Senior Economic Analyst and Culture Transformation Team Leader. “Naturally, if you have a powerful message to spread to your colleagues, then the more people support your message, the sooner and more likely it will be taken on board. Leadership and Communication are key values we believe in and we’ve always maintained an open door policy here. This new platform compliments those values and we’ll be holding TRA Talks once a month to give different speakers equal opportunity to take part in it.” He added.
