Huawei Leads Enterprises to A Better Way through Innovative ICT Solutions at CeBIT 2014

Mobilk - Huawei, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, will demonstrate its industry leadership and vision under the theme “Connecting Business in a Better Way” at CeBIT 2014 from March 10 to March 14.  By showcasing its array of innovative technologies in areas including Agile Network Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Big Data and eLTE broadband at CeBIT, Huawei will demonstrate how enterprises can leverage the ICT merging trend to better connect their businesses and to drive more innovations for their businesses.

On March 11, Patrick Zhang, President of Marketing and Solutions of Huawei Enterprise, and Leon He, President of Huawei Enterprise’s business in Western Europe will provide updates to the media on Enterprise business group’s performance over the past year and discuss strategies for a sustained growth in the enterprise ICT industry in Europe and globally. A number of advanced enterprise ICT products and solutions on cloud computing and data center, enterprise network, as well as solutions for vertical industries will also be unveiled.

On March 12, Derek Liu, Vice-President of Marketing at Huawei’s IT Product Line, will deliver a speech at the CeBIT Global Conference, where he will share a case study of Huawei’s work in helping a financial institution build a successful big data project from scratch. Challenges and key lessons learned from the case will inspire audiences on how they can translate big data concepts into concrete actions and projects so as to realize the potential values that big data and analytics can bring to transforming businesses. 

To help enterprises address some of the latest network and IT challenges, the following webcasts will be available on Huawei CeBIT mini-site from March 11, 10:00 a.m. (GMT+1) onwards:

o"Distributed Cloud Data Center: Simplify Your Data Center Cluster" – The session will discuss easy ways to simplify Data Center Cluster even as IT infrastructure of data centers in different locations are virtualized across different locations by maintenance center.

o"Control Any Situation with Convergent Connection- eLTE Broadband Trunking" – In this session, Norman Frisch, Director of Marketing, Enterprise Wireless Solution Sales Department, will discuss how eLTE can leverage the broadband energy in the MBB era for critical communication.

o"How to Answer the Challenges of the Enterprise Networks and Bring Innovation Using SDN" –  Ajay Gupta, Director of Marketing at Huawei Enterprise, will explore how the Huawei Agile Network Solution, based on SDN concepts and architectural innovations, can help enterprises bring innovation through a more flexible network for services.

At the Huawei Creative IT Infrastructure Forum held on March 11, Huawei senior executives, along with analysts and partners, will discuss the evolution of IT infrastructure and how Huawei’s high-end products and solutions will enhance critical business operations on IT systems.  A recorded version of the Forum can also be viewed from the Huawei CeBIT mini-site from March 12, 3:00 p.m. (GMT+1) onwards.

In addition to the above sessions, Huawei will showcase its new technologies, products and solutions in the Agile Network, Cloud Computing & Data Centers, Collaboration, BYOD, and LTE domains at the Huawei Exhibition Booth so that visitors can experience these ICT technologies applied to enterprises and to industries including Government, Healthcare, Education, Transportation and Energy. They will also have opportunities to meet face-to-face with senior ICT experts at Huawei.
