TRA Issues Revocation of Golden Sands Electronics and Phone’s Internet Services Provider Class License

Mobilk - Further to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (“TRA”)’s  notice published on 26 March 2015 in the Official Gazette and on TRA website, asking for comments on the proposed voluntary revocation of Internet Services Provider Class License (“ISP License”) awarded to Golden Sands Electronics and Phone (“Golden Sands”),  TRA now advises that it has not received any comments and/or responses to its notice.

Accordingly, pursuant to Articles 31 and 34 of the Telecommunications Law, the ISP License awarded to Golden Sands is revoked effective on the 4th of June 2015
