Easy Taxi is the #1 fastest and cheapest urban mobility, multi-platform app, working with both taxis and selected private cars in Amman, Jordan; redefining and easing the landscape of transportation. Now, the company is announcing a focal change in the brand; becoming “Easy”, firstly launching EasyGo service, a private cars service.
“Today we are much more than just a taxi service - we build technology that improves lives of people in big cities on many fronts, not alone transportation. We now aim to ease more movement-related services in people’s daily lives. ” Said Hammad Ehtesham, Easy’s COO Middle East. “With the launch of on-demand private car services we will be able to better fulfil our long-term ambition of reducing the number of cars on the streets. For instance, you can now use EasyGo for commuting, not your own car.” He added.
EasyGo’s launch came from the company’s vision of granting choice and convenience to passengers. The application’s latest update now includes two choices of request: EasyTaxi, connecting passengers with conventional cabs, and the new addition EasyGo, which connects passengers with private car drivers nearest to their locations. Ehtesham mentioned that the EasyGo service is a first step in the company’s strategy of answering people’s preferences “By providing a variety of life-easing services.”
While EasyGo offers a more personal, comfortable and quality-raised experience to users, the service is still the cheapest compared to competitor offerings. “When we are giving the choice to our customers, we also want them not to hesitate when they make that choice. Keeping our fees the cheapest will help us achieve that purpose.” Said Ehtesham.
