This win highlights Ooredoo’s forward thinking approach to Oman’s IT infrastructure and digital transformation, expanding its cutting-edge capabilities.

Ooredoo has been pushing the envelope with its ‘Mega Digital Transformation’ program which is all about a full-scale digitisation of the IT architecture, integrating advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and billing systems.
