Batelco, Bahrain's leading mobile operator, has a tempting offer for SimSim customers. From 1st April to 30th April, customers refilling their prepaid accounts with a BD10 voucher will receive BD12 credit instead of BD11 and an extended validity of four months instead of three. It's easy for SimSim customers to check their extra credit by sending *122*3# (The extra BD1 credit can be used for local calls, SMS and MMS from 4pm to midnight).

Batelco strives to suit the needs of all its mobile SimSim customers by offering a wide range of refill values and refill methods. Besides BD10 vouchers, customers can also select from vouchers for BD1, BD2, BD3, BD4, BD5, BD20 and BD30, which are available at Batelco Retail Shops and authorised retail outlets.

Vouchers or Printed Receipts can be activated by calling 111 and following the voice instructions or alternatively by pressing *125* followed by the 13 digit voucher number, # and then ‘send’ from the mobile handset. Customers can also send a text message to 4554 with the text R (space), 13 digit voucher number, (space) followed by the customers mobile number.

Furthermore, customers can top up their prepaid accounts through Batelco’s Quick Service machines, located at Batelco outlets and key locations around Bahrain. This provides a quick way to automatically top up accounts by following the touch screen instructions in either Arabic or English.

Last but not least, bank account holders can purchase the vouchers through participating banks. Bank customers can phone the relevant bank’s Hotline service to arrange automatic credit refill by debiting the amount from their bank account.
