with New Zain's Time Service 35% discount of all local and international calls

Saudi Zain launches a new package for all its customers of both prepaid and postpaid lines, that will enable them to have 35% discount on calls.  This service will start from Monday 24th Rabea’ II corresponding April 20th 2009.

Subscribers will have the chance to enjoy 35% discount of all local and international calls, SMS, Video calls and internet services in the time they choose.

Zain’s Time Package subscribers will get to choose the time they want. There are three periods that are divided accordingly: the Morning period is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. the evening period 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and the night period is from 9p.m. to 5 a.m.

This service has great flexibility, in which the user can change the timing desired as he/she wishes after 30 days of subscription. Zain also launched a promotional campaign for this new service in which customers are to get 50% discount instead of 35% for the first three months starting from the official launching date.

Eng, Ismael Fikry, Executive Head of Operation Department, said that this new package is part of Zain’s bigger plan of providing up-to-date services and promotions in the kingdom, in order to match the customers needs and satisfaction.

He pointed out that Zain’s variety of services come from its great awareness of the small details that customer needs. “This service might be very popular amongst customers because the customer will able to choose the time they need,” Fikry said.

“Due to different time zones, we have three periods that customers can choose according to their need and use. The benefit goes to those who make a lot of international calls,” Fikry added.
