Zain SA offers gifts and flowers on the Holy Eid of Adha

In celebration of the Holy Eid of Adha for the current Hijri year of 1429, Zain KSA hosted many social events and organized a number of humanitarian activities aimed at establishing a bridge of communication with all the citizens and sharing the joy of Eid. In that spirit, the company organized field trips to some hospitals to wish the patients, visitors and residents a happy Eid and offer them gifts and bouquets, thus creating an ambiance of joy and happiness in the hospital.

Zain paid a visit as well, during the Adha holidays, to a number of social education institutions for orphans with whom it shared the joy of Eid. It also contributed to set the ground for the festivities by organizing a dinner for orphans in one of Riyadh's ballrooms, during which entertainment activities took place and giveaway gifts and flowers were distributed to the orphans.

Led by the managers in the Public Relations department, a number of Zain employees volunteered to contribute in the organization of those activities. They all started their tour by visiting King Fahed Medical City and the Heart Diseases and Tumors Center on the Eid Eve. After wishing the patients and their families a Happy Eid, they headed to the Yamama Hospital in the East of Riyadh, where they were warmly welcomed and thanked for their thoughtful initiative.
The tour also included a visit to the Riyadh Care Hospital where the patients were offered gifts and bouquets in an overwhelming atmosphere of love and cordiality.

This unique initiative from Zain falls in line with the company’s strong belief in the importance of social unity and empathy during yearly occasions and festivities. Such occasions are perfect opportunities for big institutions to highlight their humanitarian side in the community through vital roles, donations, and volunteering.

Al Adha is one of the major holidays of Islam, during which joy and happiness should be spread among all citizens, especially those who cannot afford to participate in such gatherings due to health and social issues.

Zain has always played an active role in the implementation of its corporate altruistic philosophy by participating in joyous events and major happenings in the Saudi community. Driven by its social responsibility towards the Kingdom, it has achieved many unique initiatives and innovative humanitarian and benevolent steps. An example of that would be a recent event during which it gave 1000 orphans and kids with special needs the opportunity to have fun in the town's biggest entertainment cities in the holy city of Mecca. Zain had sponsored as well all the events for the Fitr Eid in Jeddah.
