A meeting of corporate institutions in Qatar has reviewed the financial and environmental benefits of Qtel’s new “BillXpress” solution, resulting in more than 350 companies signing up for the advanced solution.
BillXpress helps companies to manage communications costs online, itemising communication costs across different departments. The solution means businesses can clearly see those areas that are driving communication costs, and take the necessary decisions to manage these costs at the earliest opportunity.
As a major benefit, by moving the management of communication costs online, companies no longer need to rely on long printed bills. By removing the need to receive these bills every month, companies are saving hundreds of reams of paper.
With more companies in Qatar looking to live up to their environmental responsibilities, these added benefits are proving very attractive. Qtel has launched a special “Green Partner” programme, which recognises the efforts of those companies using online billing to reduce the use of paper-based bills.
To encourage companies to take part, Qtel is awarding special recognition to businesses that join as Green Partners.
BillXpress provides a number of key features including easy registration and password encryption; secure online logins; and the ability to retrieve historic bills.
Customers can also generate Pre-Defined Dynamic Reports, so that companies can integrate the management of communication costs into their business strategy.
