Etisalat UAE in the Deira City Centre

Etisalat has acted on its commitment to moving closer to its customers by setting up the latest in a string of new retail outlets. The newest store is in the Deira City Centre in Dubai, located in the ground floor of the Electronics Court. The outlet will be operational from 10am to 10pm Sunday to Wednesday, and 10am to midnight Thursday to Saturday.

At this outlet, customers can apply for any Etisalat service including prepaid and postpaid mobiles, fixed line telephones, Internet services and E-Vision cable television services. Customers can get queries answered and submit feedback, and customer service representatives will help customers choose the ideal service and plan for their usage.

The new retail outlet offers the latest in mobile and Blackberry handheld devices, MobileCam, 3G and 3.5G services, , and many other main and value-added services.

Etisalat Retail Outlets are fully equipped for customers to simply walk in and choose from a range of Etisalat services and support hardware. These include prepaid and postpaid mobile services, fixed line services, dial-up and broadband Internet, as well as the hardware required for these services. Customers can also get their BlackBerry accounts and devices, as well as a range of other services and solutions.

This outlet adds to the already-extensive list of dedicated Etisalat stores in various locations around the UAE. Some of the existing outlets are at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the Arrival area of the Dubai International Airport, Bin Sougat Center and Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, the Arrival area of the Sharjah International Airport, Mega Mall in Sharjah, Ajman City Centre, Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain, Madinat Zayed Centre in Abu Dhabi and Manar Mall in Ras Al Khaimah.
