An intelligent solution that enables customers to protect and save all their mobile's content such as contacts, SMS, pictures, music downloads and videos no matter what happens to their handset.

Whether their mobile is lost, stolen or simply upgraded to a newer model, they will get its contents back easily and quickly. No more manual retyping of contact information, no more digging through records to find phone numbers and above all, no more re-downloading of content!

WBackup is a user-friendly service; with a few easy steps and customers can receive this service by;
- Sending a message stating "backup" to 1618
- The Customer will then receive a Wap push message with the URL, he/she will then click on it and will be prompted to download and install the service
- Once client installed, the customer will then go to client and click on backup and then he/she will select what to back up i.e. contacts, mms, sms etc.
- To restore, customer clicks on what data to restore.

To help customers better understand the service, Wataniya is offering WBackup free of charge over a three month period.
