In cooperation with Samama Technologies Company,Zain SA launches Widdee service

In cooperation with Samama Technologies Company, Zain Saudi Arabia recently launched the new Widdee service to all its post and prepaid subscribers.

By subscribing to this new service, Zain Saudi Arabia’s customers will be able to access a bundle of services and general and interactive information which satisfy peoples’ needs during their daily lives, at the highest level of quality and in the fastest time.  This new step will contribute towards reducing the usual effort and time needed to undertake most daily transactions.

The new Widdee service will provide Zain Saudi Arabia customers with a large amount of data through one window.  For example, subscribers will be able to review travel and tourism services, follow up on flight schedules, timings and undertake bookings.  Moreover, this service will provide subscribers with governmental procedural information, and inform them of the government process according to the regulations, in addition to accessing all the news especially those related to sports and the stock market.

In an effort to avail our customers with the largest amount of information, Widdee service includes full information about more than 100 cities in the Kingdom.  To guarantee transparency, Widdee service clearly shows the price of each service whereby the customer can verify the price of the required service by choosing from various options. The price and the desired service will subsequently be displayed on the page.

This new service falls within Zain’s continuous care in providing its customers with the most up-to-date services at the highest quality, especially those related to the daily activities, by providing the means of increasing the flexibility in dealing with these.
