Zain SA launches new services for KAEC in Saudia Arabia

Zain in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) announced the launch of its services specifically designed to serve the Kingdom’s economic cities, after signing an alliance for the pre-operational period with real estate developer Emaar in the King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).

Prior to the agreement, Zain KSA had built many 3G and 3.5G towers in KAEC to provide enhanced coverage in the area during the InterAction Council of Former Heads of State and Government, held in the KAEC on March 22, 2009.

Now, using modern solutions and advanced infrastructure applications, Zain can bring state-of-the-art telecommunications services to all those who live and work in KAEC. They include two ‘packages’, one tailored for businesses and the other for private residents, packed with exciting features.

“KAEC needs the best and the most advanced telecommunication services for its diversified customer base,” declared Dr. Saad Al Barrak, CEO of Zain KSA, acknowledging the crucial role that the KAEC will play in the economic revolution of the kingdom. “Telecommunication companies are data and information providers. Zain is committed to delivering high-speed, high-quality services that offer security and confidentiality.”
