Mobily enables prepaid subscribers to recharge abroad

 

Prepaid subscribers with Saudi Arabia’s Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) who travel to Egypt or the UAE and roam on the networks of the Mobily’s sister company Etisalat in those countries will be able to recharge their accounts while there, the company said on Sunday.

 

Subscribers can simple use any of the recharge cards issued by Etisalat at its outlets in Egypt and the UAE.

 

Likewise, visitors to Saudi Arabia from the two countries can use Mobily’s prepaid cards to recharge their prepaid accounts while roaming with Mobily in the Kingdom. Khalid Al Kaf, Mobily’s Chief Executive Officer, said that the company made the move out of its commitment to enable its subscribers to stay in touch to their loved ones in the easiest possible ways.

 

He said that his company has the technological capability to keep subscribers travelling to Egypt and the UAE connected, and would use it to provide the best possible service to its subscribers.

 

Mobily provided a unified way to use the recharge cards. A subscriber only needs to dial *134 and enter the card’s PIN code, followed by a hash mark (#). Subscribers can also check with the service number 1100 or by visiting www.mobily.com.sa.
