Mozaic TV+ Promises More Internet Speed

Mozaic TV+ customers now have an enhanced choice of options when they surf the Internet, with a Broadband speed of 2Mbps now available for those who want to enjoy a faster online experience.

 

The faster speed now available is one of the many benefits delivered through Qtel’s major Home Broadband upgrade, which began in April 2009. 

 

Mozaic TV+’s 2Mbps Broadband Internet speed option costs QR350 per month, just QR100 more than the QR250 monthly rate for 1Mbps Broadband. Upon upgrading, if a customer decides to return to their previous 1Mbps monthly or yearly subscription plan, they may do so for a QR50 one-time fee. 

 

Upgrading to the new speed is fast and simple. Existing Mozaic TV+ customers can upgrade to 2Mbps by calling 111; new customers can visit Qtel shops. For customers upgrading their service and for new subscribers alike, eligibility can be determined quickly based upon network availability at the requested location – there’s no waiting or having to make an appointment for a customer service visit.

 

Mozaic TV+ provides premium television services alongside high-speed Internet connections and a home telephone – all delivered through a single ADSL line and customers are provided with one monthly bill.

 

The Mozaic TV+ service provides a world of entertainment with access to over 170 digital TV channels offering the latest news, movies, music, sports and children's entertainment. The Mozaic TV+ channel line-up includes content from Pehla, OSN Network (formerly Orbit and Showtime), ART, STAR, Zee TV, Cartoon Network, ESPN, Al Jazeera and MBC.
