Wataniya’s donation campaign is sparked as a response to the many appeals by the non-profit and charitable organizations in Kuwait and around the world, drawing attention to the human catastrophe witnessed by the Syrian people, under the wave of violence and instability in their country. Wataniya continues to invest in such initiatives as it falls under its social responsibility program which emphasizes on the need of helping people in Kuwait and around the region.
Al Balool added: “This isn’t the first time where Wataniya initiates such a campaign as it has previously launched a donation campaign for the victims of draught and famine in Somalia. In addition to many similar campaigns which witnessed strong action by donors in Kuwait. Wataniya believes that collaborating with an esteemed and reliable organization such as the International Islamic Charitable Organization creates confidence in the hearts of donors. The people of Kuwait are characterized by their strong human values and the need to do good for others.
