This win highlights Ooredoo’s forward thinking approach to Oman’s IT infrastructure and digital transformation, expanding its cutting-edge capabilities.

Ooredoo has been pushing the envelope with its ‘Mega Digital Transformation’ program which is all about a full-scale digitisation of the IT architecture, integrating advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and billing systems. The program is designed to modernise and enhance IT infrastructure across four strategic phases, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver futuristic digital services to both Ooredoo’s B2B and B2C customers.
