  • Nawras rewards prepaid customers with free call time and the chance to win an iPhone 5

Mobilk - Nawras Mousbak prepaid customers will receive bonus call time and a chance to win one of 21 iPhone 5 handsets during an exciting week long promotion, from 16 October.  Every time a customer purchases two Omani Rials of credit they get free calling minutes and a chance to enter the following day’s draw.  Customers can increase their chances of winning by recharging more.

Said Al Mawali, Nawras Mobile Prepaid Manager, said, “Nawras is committed to delivering a great customer experience and this promotion not only provides more opportunities to get closer to friends and family with every recharge, there is also the chance to win the latest Apple iPhone 5.  We are always looking at innovative ways to give back to our customers and reward them for their loyalty.”

He added, “Customers will receive more free minutes based on how much they recharge their prepaid service. For a minimum spend of just two Omani Rials, Nawras Mousbak customers can receive five free minutes and one entry in the daily draw for three iPhone 5 handsets. A recharge of four Rials gives customers 12 bonus minutes and two entries and by spending eight Rials or more customers will receive 30 minutes of free call time and four entries to the draw.”

The minutes and draw entries are applied each time a customer recharges during this promotional week. If customers recharge more than once each day, the bonus call time and entries will accumulate. Two recharges of two Rials equals two separate bonuses of five minutes and two entries to the iPhone 5 draw. The bonus minutes can be used to make Nawras to Nawras calls for three days. Customers can buy credit in a number of ways such as recharge cards from one of the 15,000 outlets across the Sultanate, as well as through self-service machines, Nawras stores and ATMs.

SMS notifications will be sent after each recharge and the daily winners will be contacted directly by the company to arrange collection of their prize. The daily iPhone 5 draw will take place at the Nawras Campus in the presence of a representative from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
